What services does Wellness With Ayo offer?

   Wellness With Ayo offers Mental Health Therapy and personalized one-on-one coaching sessions that can focus on DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) skills or overall wellness. These sessions are designed to help you enhance your emotional regulation, mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, and general well-being.

What is wellness coaching?

  Wellness coaching is a holistic approach that focuses on helping you achieve a balanced and fulfilling life. It encompasses various aspects of well-being, including physical health, emotional stability, mental clarity, social connections, and spiritual growth. Our coaching sessions can be tailored to focus on specific DBT skills or on enhancing overall wellness based on your unique needs.

Is DBT skills coaching the same as therapy?

 No, DBT skills coaching at Wellness With Ayo is not therapy. It is a structured, skills-based approach where you learn and practice DBT skills to apply them in your everyday life. If you're seeking therapy, we can refer you to a licensed therapist. Or you can meet with Ayo when she is taking new therapy clients.

Do you accept insurance for Wellness Coaching?

 No, we do not accept insurance. All coaching services are provided on an out-of-pocket basis. This allows us to offer flexible and personalized coaching without the constraints of insurance requirements.
